iPhone not downloading local files - Dark grey title

I have a couple songs on spotify that are not available on Spotify - Kanye, Taylor Swift, Adele - and when i tried to download them ofline from my new computer, the playlist shows up on ,y iPhone but it wont download the files as they are written in a dark krety instead of white as per usual. 

I've reinstalled Spotify on every devicec involved multiple times - removed it form my old computer, revoked it's privilages - and nothing is working.

I used to have the Adele and Swift on my iPhone - Kanye never donwloaded but I didnt midn much at the time, but now that its every song its very annoying.
