iPhone screen locking while playing and connected to charger

Hello,
My phone screen locks while plugged in, I’d like to see album art and song title while I drive but it automatically locks after 30sec even though it’s plugged in.

Stop the dim it's not a solution... or disable Autolock.. or use waze...

Can you provide us with a definitive solution ?
My subscription ends on 26/09/2019 it would be a shame to lose customers because a screen dim when iphone is in charge....
