iPhone won't recognize my premium account

Hey there,

 

I just purchased spotify premium, but on my iPhone and iPad it still says that I have a free account. I'm logging in the same way I do on my computer and the same account information appears (in terms of picture and recently listed to) but it doesn't say that I have a premium account.

First try logging out of the Spotify app, and then log back in.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
