Hi. I just updated to an unlimited subscription, but when I log in on my phone, I don't have unlimited access. Help? 🙂

I have the same issue, I sent a message to spotify help email 4 days ago and have not recieved any type of rsponse or assistance. I'm on the verge of canceling the service that i cant use

Sorry if there has been any misunderstanding. A Spotify Premium subscription is required to be able to stream using the mobile app.
