iTunes library - just can't seem to import! Please help!

Hi everyone

I'm trying to import my iTunes library into Spotify.  I have the Spotify app on my Roku, my phone, the iPad...so it really would mean I could take my music with me so to speak.

Only thing is, I simply can't seem to get the music from iTunes into Spotify.  Have tried the Edit -> Preferences thing but the folders just don't show in my library.

The iTunes box is ticked in that menu to show music from all sources, but again to no avail.  Have also, as I say, tried importing manually.

I used to keep my music on an external drive but even copied it into the iTunes folder on my C-drive to see if that would help.

Please help!  I've been at this all weekend and it sounds like such an easy job!  Weirdly, I downloaded 2 new albums today on iTunes and they ARE showing in Spotify!
