issue syncing local songs from Computer to iPhone 7

Attached are three files that display my issue. 

The first file depicts my Computer's playlist with 6 songs in total. 4 of them are local files. However, in the next picture which was from my Phone, it displays 6 songs in total. The last photo however depicts only 2 songs available for download.

I can confirm I have been successful in syncing local files before. My computer and iphone are both on the same Wifi. However, for some reason I have been unable to sync the four local songs with my iPhone playlist.

Please help!

I have the same issue, like many others. Haven't been an issue for me before, so please spotify fix this asap!
