local files to iPhone- taylor swift

I bought Taylor Swift's album from iTunes, it's fully legal and i've paid for it. I put the local files onto my desktop spotify but I wanted to sync the music to my phone so that I could listen in the car. However when I see the playlist on my phone it only has the songs that were released on spotify. The desktop version of the playlist has every song, as I said i own the album and uploaded my local files.

I am having the same scenario, tried everything. She must have it blocked so that we can only listen to those first 4 tracks via Spotify for mobile.  😞
