#name subscribed to your playlist - SPAM

I´ve recieving about one new notification every 10-20 min (atleast its what it feels like) telling me I have a new subscriber to one of my playlists. I've turned spotify off in iPhones own notification and inside the Spotify app, everthing is turned off. I've also tried to uninstall and install the spotify. Still it spams me down with this message.

Can this be stopped in any way? or do I have to stop using Spotify at all? because thats the only reason I pay for Premium, to listen on music with my phone. The problem have been for 2-3 months and I dont know if it has something with iOS 6 to do, but please stop it! 

I should be able to have playlists shared without being punished like this.

This is sent as an email - are you sure you're not receiving it as an email?

I never get this on my Android, in fact the only notification I get on my android is the notification saying Spotify is playing a song.

Spotify is registered with a email i do not longer use. And is not connected to the phone in any way. I havent recieved any mail either. Checked the inbox online on that mail account.

Its a Spotify symbol in front of it. And it forcce me also to open ta playlist the last message was about. So first thing I need to do is exit the playlist to find the one i want.

Hmm. Must be a 'feauture' of the iOS app then. Sorry, I can't be of more help.

I have the same problem. I am subscribed to a playlist and every time a new track is added, the get an SMS type message to my iphone. I have switched off all notifications in spotify app but they keep coming in.

I have just logged into spotify site with my spotify credentails and there is a section in there to swtich off these options.

U need to go to "edit profile" and at the end there are some notifcation options. I just switched off notifcations there, but i havent tested it yet. Should fix it hopefully
