no more premium?

no more premium?

less than a month ago, i bought a 12 month spotify premium card, and just today i got a "spotify abroad" error on both my laptop and my phone. i figured out how to fix that, but i no longer have premium. please help!

Important Note:
 If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Community, send a reply to that email so you're in queue for an agent to see.

Hey zee12200!

 

That's a bit weird when having a 12 month of Spotify Premium. You may need to get in touch with Spotify Customer Support to have them look backstage on what is currently going on with your account. The "spotify abroad" message is strange, so better be in contact with them immediately.
