not receiving password reset email

not receiving password reset email

I've tried many times to reset my password and nothing has came into my inbox. I'm typing the email address correctly and it's not going into my junk. Any ideas? I appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks.

Hey @Heidel23,

 

Do you get any confirmation from the website?

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
