not sync the songs in offline mode with iPhone 5

I've followed the steps to do that by your guides, but there's not response from Spotify.

I've marked the "online mode on", also has edited the list and activated the "download arrow" but still not working.

It's just working with MAC, but not with Iphone.

What should I do? I'm new at premium and I hope I can solve this to keep music on my ways to work during the week.
