off line albums not playing

In offline mode, the album shows up but shows that it has not been downloaded.... i have lost hundreds of albums!  how can i fix?

Hi there,

If the playlist has not been downloaded then you cannot play it offline.

Please note that downloaded songs require an active Spotify premium account as songs will expire and be deleted from offline.

these are all albums that have been previousl downloaded over many months.  i have attached two photos.  the first show the album, but then when i choolse the album, the songs show they are not dowanloaded.

Hi again,

Songs will stay on the phone you downloaded them to. The songs may not have been downloaded properly, Spotify was reinstalled, Spotify's storage data has been deleted.

Unfortunately, the only way to use your songs offline again is to download them again.
