playlist won't play while online with ipod 5

I just got the ipod 5th gen and spotify app. I WAS able to listen to my playlist in the car but now I am not! It says I must be a premium menber. BUT I am currently at home, wifi is on and I still can't olay playlist??? Please help!!

Sorry if this is a silly question but its not clear to me from your post, are you a Spotify premium subscriber? 

A premium subscription is required to use Spotify on any mobile device (apart from mobile radio in the US). 

If you have upgraded to premium recently, then have a read at this topic.
