premium account doesn't work

premium account doesn't work

My free Month ended and so i thought  that my Premium account started but i can't hear my music, only with shuffle and the songs are grey. Do I have to do something that my Premium account starts or what other Problem can it be? I deleted the app, switched my phone off, go offline everywher but its the same problem as i described. What is the Problem?

Hi Chrisiilo!

Once your trial expired did you add payment info to subscribe to the premium service? Spotify will default to the free version if no payment is setup to charge to.
