premium account not showing

premium account not showing

I am on a family premium account, the subscription is showing up on the desktop spotify but on my iphone app it is saying I have a free subscription. I have logged out of all platforms and signem back in with the same information to the web platform and app but it still shows this issue.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging in with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. Let us know if this helps.
