"Don't Like" button missing from 8.5.54 update

As of the most recent update to spotify on IOS version 8.5.54 the "Don't Like" button is missing from the screen where you can either select your reasoning of "don't like the song" or "don't like this artist". When the button was used the song would immediately skip to the next and it would not play again in a mix such as discover weekly or release radar. 

This is a very valuable feature to have and I am upset to see it not available on the most recent update. I always hoped and believed that it helped influence the algorithm for helping spotify understand my tastes. It also had purposeful immediate function when used. Will you please bring this feature back asap? Is it supposed to be missing? Thanks
