"Likes" on playlists aren't registering

My Question or Issue

A new playlist is stuck on 5 likes even though more have liked the playlist. I litereraly watched a family member and a friend 'like' it but the like count hasn't budged.

It may take some time for the liked playlist indicator to update. It’s been more than 24 hours, can you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on? Also, can you let me know if this happens on another device?

Hey thanks! But... the issue is on my iOS device AND my windows computer web player... so it feels like a system issue, not a device issue.

Thanks for the reply! Sorry that your playlist isn’t updating the likes in real time. The likes will update, but it may take some time. I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks and I appreciate you reaching out about this.
