"Playlist" Option is missing in "Your Library" when on a phone call because of the top phonecall bar

When I try to go to spotify while on a phone call or using my navigation on my iPhone - I cannot select the Playlist option from the "Your Library" Menu - it will not let me scroll up to select "Playlists" - It seems like the green phone call bar (or blue navigation bar) at the top of the screen messes up the menu in spotify and makes it non-scrollable to be able to choose Playlists - Stations is the first menu option to show up
