So I am not a paid user, and I cannot use spotify on my mobile device (iPhone). did spotify change the policy recently?

Hey,

That's strange. Do you mean you can't listen to music at all or just not listening to music on shuffle? For either problem, try uninstalling then reinstalling the app.
