My Question or Issue

I go to click “see more” under merch and it either says “spotify can't open this type of link on this device” —in which case I tried to reinstall—or after the reinstall I try again and it says “something went wrong”. I try logging out and logging back in and it says “spotify can't open this type of link on this device”.

What to do?

Thanks for the post.

In order to get to the bottom of this we'd require some additional info. Does this happen for all artists that you've tried? Does any of the merch open up in the app if you click on it at all?

It would be great if you can upload some screenshots of the error messages you're getting as well.
