spotify offline

Hi, I have a little problem... I dont know why but my 3G is activited for spotify but they say that I dont have a connection ?? So I barrely cant search for music if I don't have wifi... HELPPPPP 😞

Happened to me before and I realised that I was on Offline mode

On your phone go on the app Spotify > Settings > Playback

Make sure the Offline is not turned on (Not on the green side).

 
If it still doesn't work you might have issues with your 3G network.

Hi !! thank you for your answer , but yes I think I have a issue with my 3G because the bouton is not green ... Really weird ! Anyways thank youuuuu !!!!!! Have a great night
