spotify on ihpone and spotify on computer wont sync

When I go under devices, my iphone does not show up and I cant play any music that I have in itunes on spotify. I am logged in on the same account, I am connected to the same wifi, and have done everything the help section told me to do to fix it but nothing has worked so if anyone else has had this problem please give me some tips on how to fix it!

It sounds like an installation error.

Please try to perform CLEAN REINSTALL and ensure that Spotify and iTunes run latest software version.

Hey there

Having the same problem, my phone doesn't show up in the devices section. Reinstalled the programm on my iphone & mac.

Also had to choose my playlist, which I wanted offline, again. why's that?

could make it work, seems like my internet-connection was too slow to recognize the phone. all set now 🙂

Can you please verify that you are using latest Spotify app / desktop program?

If no, please upgrade to new version of app, program - the same goes for your phone devices and let me know how you got on.
