spotify stopped working on my iphone

My Question or Issue

I have 2 iphones 7, both with the same version of IOS

Spotify works on one but not the other

I also have an Ipad with the same version of the IOS and it doesn't work either

 

Says am logged into my account but unable to load any pages or content

Have deleted and re-installed the app several times but no luck

You mentioned you already tried reinstalling the app to tackle what you're reporting, but have you also already tried a 'clean' reinstall? 
 
If you haven't, check this Spotify Answer to find out how that works for your devices and their operating system. It'll get you a brand-new as well as the latest version of the app.

Same problem on an Iphone 5s with 12.4.4 operating system

and why is it that they sell you a service and can't be bothered to provide any helpline or even a chat function. Unless am missing something...
