unable spotify greyed out in Alexa App

Hi,

I want to connect my spotify premium account as my default music service in my alexa app.

I installed the Spotify Connect, and also see my alexa-spotify-connect app im granted apps in spotify.

I read I need a US address in my amazon, so I did. I am located in Netherlands.

Unfortunately I am at a loss now, any ideas how to get it to work? The Alexa was send to me by a friend out of the UK.
