unknown device showing and unknown songs listed in "recently Played" section

Hi!

  The "RealUChicha" shown below appeared as an available device; I do not own a console! I changed my password, purged al offline devices and forced sign out for all, yet when I restarted spotify this ps4 still remains. Also, some songs I never ever played on any of my devices have been popping up listed in the "Recently Played" section.  Could you please help me?

Have you checked in the  "Apps" section? Maybe there is some unauthorized apps.

Thanks!  Yes, an unknown PS4 access was listed so I revoked it.  Also, I contacted spotify support and they confirmed my account had been hacked! (don't know how since I only use Spotify on my tablet and iPhone. There must be some vulnerability.
