won't accept my credit card info

Okay so I baught a vanilla gift card (visa) and it's not accepting my card info. I bought it yesterday, and I am still trying to make it work. It lets me put it in, but it says there is an error and that my card is having a bad day. I already used it on another app and it did let me, the problem is with spotify.

To check, are you trying this on an iOS device, if your post's in the iOS Help board?

We'd probably suggest trying this on a desktop device, in an incognito window, with a stable WiFi connection.
