I have been at this for over an hour now and Spotify support is useless, I'm hoping someone here can help since it is apparently too much to ask that this company have a competent help service. I have my devices connected to the same wi fi, and have uninstalled/reinstalled the app on both devices, they won't sync, and there's not even a section for devices in my Spotify desktop menu. This is really frustrating because Spotify has no advice on how to fix the problem besides repeating "Uninstall then reninstall" at me.
