Premium paused

Ok my premium account has been paused, tried asking for help here + contacted support who just redirected me here + send me an email to upgrade to premium! I have receipts from iTunes to confirm I've paid.
Really annoyed I've wasted half my day trying to use something I've already paid for and not been able to use for over a week without listening to adds or play offline so using my data allowance.
I ain't wasting anymore time so I either have the service I paid for or I cancel my subscription and contact iTunes to have my money returned
