Issues with Spotify playlist and song playback

Hi all I'm reaching out to the community because I can't seem to find a support email and hopefully I can get this resolved because I love using Spotify and would hate to cancel it.
Background:
I'm using iOS version 8.3. I only have Spotify installed on my phone and my login method is Facebook. I'm a family premium user.
Playlist:
When I log into the Spotify app and go to account, I can see 5 public playlist created by myself (all intact). However after reinstalling the app and logging in, I can't find any of the playlist on my menu bar (my music -> playlist). It's just completely empty and I don't know how to add it back in.
Playback problem:
I can't play any Spotify songs on my app 98% of the time. The 2% that I manage to get a song going it goes for maybe 15 seconds before it stops playing altogether. It's not a network issue because Safari is working fine as I am typing this on my phone and connecting via a wireless home network does nothing to solve the problem (was also surfing the Internet at home so there is 0 connectivity problems from my end)
Would really appreciate help because I do want to continue being a Spotify user
