Spotify crashes on my iphone everytime i use it

It starts playing a song then just disappears (please dont say "is it someone else playing on a different device"  -I have had that question asked too many times)

I have had this problem for ages can someone from Spotify please help

I am a premium user (but not for much longer if i cant sort this out)

I have tried various things suggested on here and have reinstalled several times (Both spotify and the iphone)

I even took the phone back to apple shop and they said there was nothing wrong with it

I am using IOS 9.2.1

spotify version 4.8.0.1085

Can someone from spotify please help me
