This seems to be a problem that is new (to me) on iOS 10. The example I will use is Pokemon Go. I can have Spotify playing and it's a perfect volume, but when I launch Pokemon Go (with all audio disabled within the app) the Spotify volume decreases dramatically. It remains this way until I exit Pokemon Go.
This wouldn't be so bad if I could just turn up the volume, but if I happen to get a notification (text, etc) while in Pokemon Go it returns the volume to normal, nearly deafening me! It happens with other apps as well, not just Pokemon Go.
Anyone have any ideas?
