Hi there,
I have had a Spotify account for many years, periodically on Premium, periodically on free.
I recently upgraded to Premium again after I hadn't used Spotify in a while. I didn't see any of my playlists or saved albums from the past years, neither on free nor on Premium. I immediately cancelled my Premium subscription because of that.
It currently only shows two saved albums from recently, however I had close to 150 playlists and an equal amount of albums, built up over the years, before.
This doesn't work because the link seems dead:
And this didn't work either:
Customer service didn't give any other than an automated answer (likely because I'm currently on free).
Any ideas how I can get my playlists/albums back?
