My phone has now twice removed all downloaded songs claiming I've reached my maximum amount of devices.
The first time I actually did hit a limit because of a loaner phone I was trying to use for a week. I removed all devices and started fresh. I now only have 1 device saved to my account for offline playback however I just received a prompt that I've hit my maximum limit of 3 devices so my data would be cleared.
Why does it think I have 3 devices when I only have 1? I can't keep downloading 2000 songs every 2 days. What can I do to stop this? I've gone through all the troubleshooting options and they lead me to do what I've already done and the situation is not improving.
