Hi. Once again, Spotify "customer support" has falt out refused to help me with my mobile apps.
Twice, in the last month, the Spotify iOS app has removed my offline playlists from my iPad and iPhone. I keep receiving an error that it is being used on more than 3 devices, which it is not.
Customer support has basically told me too bad, deal with it. They don't care that it takes 3-4 hours to re-sync playlists each time that their system creates this error. They have also refused to offer a credit to my account.
