My Question or Issue

 since i have been using my new phone, motorola moto x4 android oreo, every song has a slight hiccup in the first three seconds where the music seems to pause for half a second. How do i resolve this? It happens every time i skip a song, then the song starts for a second, does a hiccup, and continues to play the song normally. If the song had ended and goes to the next one, this does not happen. If i skip halfway throug the song it does the same hiccup as if i would skip to the complete next song.

How do i resolve this?
