My Question or Issue
I cannon search, view artists or view albums or go to radio because the app says I am not connected to the internet. My phone is 100% connected to the internet. I can go to the home page and select and play the Spotify playlists and songs (like Top Hits playlist) I do not have any of those songs downloaded. Video streaming on the app even works.
Logging out and back in does not help. Turning wi-fi off and back on does not help. Using 4g network does not help. The only way to fix the problem is to reset my phone, but a few hours later the problem starts all over again.
Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing this?
