My Question or Issue
Hi there!
I've been using Spotify for a few months now and decided to accept a deal offer that I received to my e-mail account. As soon as I upgraded though, my thrre playlists stayed intact but my favourites list is gone, which is frustrating, as it had already around a thousand songs on it already. It's possible a new profile has been created while I bought the premium, but what's weird is that I still see the same playlists I made, the same kind of daily recommendations, although now there's 3 instead of 6, and the weekly discover and release radar lists are identical to what I had with the free version. Most strange is that I lost the ability to add anything to a Favourites list, the button just disappeared, so I wouldn't even be able to recreate it, which would be a bit of a pain to begin with.
Is there anything that can be done in this situation?
