I am using a premium account on an iPhone 6s in the United States

I have been downloading and listening to poscasts offline on Spotify for years. I just tried to download a few new episodes of my favorite podcast. I click the download button and the wheel spins as if it is downloading but never actually downloads, it just keeps spinning. In my playlist is says downloading 0 of 1. It never moves onto downloading 1 of 1. I only have this problem with podcasts, new music downloads fine. I have plenty of space on my phone, I have tried restarting my phone, and unintsalling and re intalling the app to no avail. My Spotify app is up to date as well as my phone software ( iOS 21.1 ).
