Hi, I have a paid subscription with Spotify. My phone, a Samsung Note 10 Plus - Android 9, One UI 1.5, Spotify Version 8.5.32.889
The ongoing issue I have is seeing 'there is no internet connection' when using the Spotify app on my phone especially when trying to connect to my car's Bluetooth.
I'll wind up rebooting my phone, turning off the WiFi connection on my smartphone, but it seems Spotify still wants to see something and ignores the fact that I already have a connection through my phone provider (Vodafone \ Netherlands).
I tend now to keep my phone Wifi turned off but this is getting tiring.
This issue is not constant but why does Spotify not 'see' my cell phone provider? I have more than enough coverage (typically 4G+) and have a 10 GB monthly allowance that I rarely approach 50 percent of.
I'm assuming this is a software issue with Spotify. Any tips? Is this a known issue?
