My Question or Issue
Go to the Settings->Storage page and click on the "Delete Cache" button.
Click on the "Delete Cache" choice on the dialog.
There is no apparent effect - the storage-available "progress bar" doesn't change, nor do the itemization of usage by "Other apps, Downloads, Cache, Free". This is true after many tries and after deleting and reinstalling the Spotify app.
Also, it is not clear if Spotify's storage available display refers to overall iPhone storage or just Spotify's usage, because it mentions "Other apps" but does not correspond to the iOS overall Storage diagram (in the Settings->General->iPhone Storage page).
