Will there ever be an API call that will let a developer send an array of song ids that could be used to order the users playlist?
So right now, the only way to reorder a playlist is to take song in one position and include the new position but when a playlist has 1000s of songs, this can take a long time to update all the song positions. https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/#/operations/reorder-or-replace-playli...
Would be great if there could be an API access point where the new order is sent to the API and it's all done in 1 call.
Reason I'm not using the replace option of the above link is because I want to keep the date of when the song was originally added. I don't want to lose that information.
Thanks.
