My Question or Issue
Spotify has made their app useless, and intrusive while taking our money and ignoring our feedback. It has been WEEKS with HUNDREDS of new forum posters demanding answers ANY answers from the company. Not even media/news organizations have been able to receive feedback from Spotify regarding the negative feedback. Therefore, I will be cancelling my Premium Account after 8 years and moving to Tidal in order to regain my peace of mind and being able to listen to MUSIC on the MUSIC app. I implore others to follow suit, and jump ship before they turn into TikTok 2.0 and start charging us "Premium Plus Plus" to listen to music without videos interrupting it.
