Device: Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 9

My Question or Issue:

So I realise this is probably not a huge issue for a lot of people but I listen to music a lot on my watch so a significant amount of the hours I spend listening to songs comes from my watch. Recently I noticed that songs I listen to on my apple watch are not showing up in my recently played history on any device and also don't seem to be counted as a stream on my profile, which means a lot of my listening history is missing from my profile. Also wondering if this means songs I stream on my watch aren't counted as a stream for artists.
