Spotify won't detect iPod Touch nor iPhone (PC does not have wireless connection)

Hi guys.

I know this is a common subject, but it works a little bit differently for me. My devices (a 4g iPod Touch (running with iOs 6.1.3) and an iPhone 4 (running with iOs 7.1) are connected to the same wireless conection that comes from a router in which my PC is connected. but using a cable. Basically, my devices are connected on a network with the name I set. and my pc is connected to the same network (in thesis), but is the local connection type, so it shows up a name that is different from the one I set on wi-fi. I connected the devices via USB, connected them to the wifi network (as I explained), and opened the spotify app on them, as it should be, and I even tried to open Spotify as Administrator, checked the exception on firewall, tryed the "Playback > Offline" and" Create New Playlist/Add music > Make it 'available offline' " on mobile, and nothing worked, so I'm assuming it has something to do with this different set of connection. Can you guys help me? Is there a way to at least connect only via USB, or something like? And if there's not, what else can I Try to make it work? OR, AT LEAST, is there a way so that my local files that are on my playlists (which are the same that are on my iPod - but connected using only  iTunes) are "recognized" by the spotify app, or something like that? (I hope you guys understand everything I meant, I'm really sorry about the poor english.) Thanks!
