Account got hijacked

Account got hijacked

My account is being used by someone else randomly, ive done everything i can except cancel my subscription, changed my fb account password (my account was created with fb) and its really frustrating that Im paying for something I dont have 100% control over. Need help asap to get this hacker out of my account.

ive followed the instructions to no avail. the person still has access and is constantly changing playlists on my account
