£10 redeem code has not work

Hello

I recently tried to redeem my £10 Spotify code for 15 downloads and it does not work.  I have tried many times to redeem the code and the same message comes up that it will not accept it.  I have made sure I have typed the right code.  

Please can you help asap as I would very much like my downloads.

I've just taken a look at your account and I believe there may have been an error with the card. Could you get in contact with us via our contact form, and please tell us the following -

* The PIN number of the card (this should start with BHN)
* The card number itself.

To get in touch, click on "About Us" above and then select "Contact Form".
