14 days while abroad message

I'm American living in Colombia for four months(now there's only 2 months left) and my Spotify has been working perfectly for these last two months, but now I am getting the "Only 14 days of Spotify while Abroad" message. When I go to update my profile it gives me a "redirected too many times error" and tells me I need to delete cookies. So i do, and nothing changes. I followed the directions from Spotify, but it won't let me do anything! And it won't let me in my account at all. 😞

If you have a Free account, we're afraid that can only use it for 14 days abroad. No worries, you can change your country settings by following the steps here. Try doing it from an incognito window.
