I deleted an old facebook account that was tied to the same email I currently use, and also phone number. My old account I had connected to Spotify. I got a new facebook with the same email and phone number (?) and with this account I got a family plan. 

This month I was charged for my old account, of course because I never cancelled. I need to cancel that account but have no idea how to access that account because I totally screwed myself with this new facebook. Any ideas???

Include as much information as you can, account you want to keep and information regarding the account you want to cancel subscription on.
