2 x accounts that interfere with each other

2 x accounts that interfere with each other

I have 2 seperate accounts with different email addresses.

One is at home, the other is in my works place with different internet providers.

However, the both seem to interfere with each other and switch off when one is playing, can you help?

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for reaching out.

If the playback on one account stops when you start using the other, you're most probably logged into the same account on both devices. Try logging out and back in and double-check your login details.

If you're sure you're using different accounts, please send us a short video and a detailed description of the issue and your setup.

Keep us posted.

Im definitely logged into two different accounts, a video will only show me loggin into two different email accounts

the email address for one is **bleep** the other is **bleep**

Can you help?

Hey @user-removed,

Thank you for keeping in contact.

For security purposes, the web page changes all private info to a "Bleep" as this is a public site. We'd recommend avoiding sending private information as mentioned in our guidelines, specifically point 10.

However, if the account has different login details, it should not interfere with the other one as they're separate accounts. In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.
