3 Offline Devices- It deleted all of them automatically

I am currently using an Iphone, an android tablet and a computer with my spotify account. 

I got this error of using more than 3 accounts many times. I check it at my profile and there is still 3 of them. I deleted all of them and logged in again, dowloaded the music for offline.

I don't know what to do anymore, I am always downloading them and the music is deleted when I want to listen to them offline...

What am I supposed to do? This error keeps popping up but I am not doing anything wrong.
